La Petite Ecurie - Gîte rural n°810 (2 épis)

In 2008 la Petite Ecurie de Vrigny, the original stable of the property, was successfully converted into a self-contained and surprisingly spacious, light, airy and comfortable little gite, an ideal holiday hideaway for two people.  The gite has its own enclosed courtyard, with potted plants, roses, garden furniture, parasol and small barbecue.
The accommodation comprises:

Ground floor: living room (22 m²) with exposed beams and natural stonework; dining area, comfortable chairs; kitchenette with two-burner electric hob, refrigerator, micro-wave oven, coffee machine and electric toaster.  Direct access to the private courtyard.  An elegant spiral staircase leads to:

First floor: bedroom with exposed beams, picture window and natural stonework; double bed (140cm) storage and hanging space; en-suite shower room with w.c. and washbasin.

Heating is provided by electric convector heaters. The laundry room at la Roseraie with washing machine, drying and ironing facilities is available for the use of guests, who may also take advantage of the stream-bordered shady garden when the main house is not otherwise let.
